About the clinic

The clinic of the center is a methodological and organizational center in the republic for the fight and prevention of infectious and parasitic diseases. The clinic treats adults and children suffering from diarrheal diseases, brucellosis, viral hepatitis, helminthiasis, typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever, botulism, malaria, sepsis, toxoplasmosis and other diseases, mainly from the regions of the republic.

The structure of the clinic consists of an admission, box office and 7 clinical departments, a resuscitation and intensive care unit, a hemodialysis unit - an artificial kidney, an outpatient clinic, an organizational and methodological department, as well as physiotherapy and X-ray rooms, laboratory units (bacteriological with a brucellosis group, clinical , biochemical, immunological, express and PCR laboratories). The clinic has a centralized sterilization point, a pharmacy, a laundry and a kitchen.

The clinic is intended for hospitalization of sick adults and children with infectious and parasitic pathology, mainly from the regions of the republic.

The staff of the institute and clinic constantly travel through the air ambulance to provide medical and advisory assistance.

More than 7000 patients are examined and treated in the center clinics, over 3000 patients are outpatient.

Highly qualified specialists of the clinic travel through the air ambulance to provide medical and advisory assistance to health care facilities in the city of Tashkent and regions of the republic.

Modern scientific achievements of science are being introduced into the clinic, proposals are regularly reviewed and made to improve the standards and protocols of treatment, diagnostics of infectious diseases, and regulatory documents.

On the recommendation of the Pharmacological Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the clinic is conducting clinical trials of new domestic medicines intended for the treatment of infectious diseases.
