Activities of the organizational and methodological department:
To maintain communication with the branches of the Center, collect information on branches, study their problems, receive and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports, provide practical and methodological assistance to branches on the basis of the approved schedule. organization of sending specialists on business trips, organization of SDS with chief infectious disease specialists and chief doctors of the branch.
The President reviews and responds to complaints received through the portal.
The Center informs the employees of the Center about the decisions and decrees of the President, decisions and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders and orders of the Ministry of Health and the Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance and Health.
Participates in the organization of scientific conferences at the center.
Keeps statistical reports on patients treated in the clinic, regularly submits them to the relevant institutions in accordance with the established procedure and terms.
Collects information about the business trips of the clinic staff and submits reports to the SSV.
Provides training for the clinic staff, monitoring the timely receipt of categories, referrals for training.
